Being accessible...

...is a great marketing strategy.

Do you go out of your way to make it easy
for prospects and customers to get hold of you?

If I rang you today, would I get through to you,
or would I have to leave a message on a machine?
(The answer to this challenge is to use a service like

Do you offer different ways of getting in touch,
every time that you communicate?

Do you return calls quickly and respond to emails
within 24 hours (at the latest).

If you have answered 'No' to any of the above -
you have a challenge on your hands.

Remember that response times are all part of
your brand.
