The key to successful marketing in the 21st century... to educate your prospective customers.

Give them useful, helpful, interesting material to
read. There is no need to push your services.

This applies to blogs, e-newsletters, web pages,
direct mailshots, leaflets, talks and the entire
promotional mix.

The vast majority of your marketplace is not in the
market to buy today. If you educate people -
they will turn to you when the time comes to buy.
